We welcome messages regarding any of the following:
- Dream Children and availability
- Orders and order status
- Shipping and delivery
- Digital Stories and downloads
- Physical Storybooks
- Collector questions
- Collaborations and partnerships
- General enquiries
Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. Please include as much detail as you can so we are able to assist you as promptly as possible.
Response Time
We aim to reply to all messages within 1 to 3 business days.
During new Dream Child releases, response times may be slightly longer. Every order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience during those moments.
Handmade with Care
Every Dream Child is handcrafted individually, from the first stitch to the final detail. Because of this, quality will always come before speed. We believe that is exactly as it should be.
We are always glad to hear from fellow Keepers and from those discovering the world of Spooky Dolls for the first time.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch — we will be happy to hear from you.
